Board Policy Manual & Administrative Procedures

The CCS Board of Trustees may adopt board policies regarding matters affecting the operations of Community Colleges of Spokane. Such policies constitute the district’s governance position on the matter until amended, repealed or superseded by the board.

The chancellor adopts and implements administrative procedures to carry out the policies of the board of trustees. procedures are subject to federal and/or Washington state law and rules. Procedures in conflict with these laws and rules shall not be effective or enforced.
