You will experience quality training from industry and business experts, including a complimentary needs assessment with our Corporate Outreach team, optional meetings with your instructor, comprehensive administrative support, and a confidential training evaluation report.

Customizing training provides educational solutions that adapt to an organization’s culture, goals, and values.

We value the opportunity to assist in your short or long-term goals, from skills-based training to team succession planning, strategic positioning, or talent acquisition. Training can be offered for a few hours, a one-day, a multi-day retreat, or an ongoing series. We can also coordinate on or offsite catering and coffee service, just ask our Corporate Outreach team for details.


Training can be held at your business location, at community venues, or either campus location, SCC or SFCC. Our training facilities are extensive, from the training kitchen for culinary offerings to state-of-the-art machine shops, HVAC labs, healthcare labs, and much more. Training can be offered online, in-person, or both.

Accra-Fab partnered with our team to provide employee courses in Lean, project management and time management.

“We have been running Lean 101 and Lean 102 classes since June, and we are definitely seeing results. The shop efficiencies are increasing even with the addition of new employees.
