Every organization has unique needs. Whether you are looking to skill-up your employees or meet a regulatory training requirement, our team is here to help.

Through a customized training program, you can leverage the subject-matter expertise and training facilities of the CCS community for your organization. You will experience quality training from industry and business experts, including a complimentary needs assessment with our Corporate Outreach team, optional meetings with your instructor, comprehensive administrative support, and a confidential training evaluation report.

Valued Partnerships

Customizing training provides educational solutions that adapt to an organization’s culture, goals, and values.

We value the opportunity to assist in your short or long-term goals, from skills-based training to team succession planning, strategic positioning, or talent acquisition. Training can be offered for a few hours, a one-day, a multi-day retreat, or an ongoing series. We can also coordinate on or offsite catering and coffee service, just ask our Corporate Outreach team for details.

Flexibility

Training can be held at your business location, at community venues, or either campus location, SCC or SFCC. Our training facilities are extensive, from the training kitchen for culinary offerings to state-of-the-art machine shops, HVAC labs, healthcare labs, and much more. Training can be offered online, in-person, or both.

Testimonials from our corporate clients

K&N Electric Goes Lean
K&N Electric Goes Lean

“I must say the Lean training had the most immediate impact in terms of organizational culture as well as pure dollars and cents,” said K&N Electric CEO Janet Schmidlkofer after working with the team at Community Colleges of Spokane. “It was a pleasure working with you. The K&N cultural changes have been significant in term of learning and adapting. Thanks so much for allowing us this experience. I most certainly hope we have the opportunity to work together in the near future.”

Our team worked with INBC to offer courses on communication, team building, coaching, Microsoft Excel and Lean principles.

“Our staff received specialized technical training and improved their computer skills. Communication improved due to soft skills and teambuilding classes. Our workforce gained insight into themselves and each other and increased their value both to our company and our community. We anticipate the advantages stemming from these sessions will impact our workforce for years to come,” said INBC Vice President of Support Services Teri Barros.

Accra-Fab Focuses on Quality
Accra-Fab Focuses on Quality

Accra-Fab partnered with our team to provide employee courses in Lean, project management and time management.

“We have been running Lean 101 and Lean 102 classes since June, and we are definitely seeing results. The shop efficiencies are increasing even with the addition of new employees. Lean principles are becoming the “culture” now instead of the new program. As new employees come on, they are starting with the Lean 101 class which is giving them the basics and showing them that Accra-Fab is committed to training its employees. The exceptional quality (that Accra-Fab has always been known for) has jumped to the next level. This is due to the training that we have worked with you and your team to implement. What a fantastic group to work with, and they deserve recognition also for the overall improvements Accra-Fab has made through this current training project,” said Barry Stewart, Accra-Fab Human Resource Director.
