Staying Connected

We know easy access to information regarding your child is vital. Our staff keeps you up-to-date on how your child is progressing. You receive center newsletters with event calendars, classroom updates and more. Check out our Facebook page for parenting tips, site events, job openings, child-friendly community events, emergency information and other helpful items.

Each of our centers have regular parent meetings, policy council reports and parent/family activities.

If you have questions about your child’s program or other services your family may need, please ask the staff at your center. We are here to help connect you with community resources.

Parent Policy Council

Head Start/Early Head Start (HS/EHS) and ECEAP rely heavily on families and community members to strengthen our programs. Both HS/EHS and ECEAP Policy Councils are made up of parents and community representatives. As a member, you review and have broad authority over program goals, policies, staffing approval and budgeting.

Free childcare is provided at all ECEAP Policy Council meetings. More information about advance reservations is provided to policy council representatives.
