Oklahoma State Lawmakers think they can find me. I think we all know how this is going to end.

We've all seen the Looney Tunes episode: Daffy Duck and Bugs Bunny, arguing next to Elmer Fudd, over which season it actually is.

If you ask the rabbit, it's duck-hunting season. What's the duck think? Wabbit or bust.

While the scene plays out how you might expect -- Bugs doing a little reverse psychology on our gullible duck, escaping by the skin of his large front teeth -- nobody offers to ask Mr. Fudd what he thinks.

Well, as it turns out, if Elmer were an Oklahoma state lawmaker, he'd say Bigfoot.

That's right -- I can hardly believe it myself.

This week, Oklahoma State Rep. Justin Humphrey introduced a bill that would essentially establish a Bigfoot hunting season in the Sooner State, much like deer, elk, moose, rabbit or duck.

"Tourism is one of the biggest attractions we have in my House district," said Humphrey in a news release. "Establishing an actual hunting season and issuing licenses for people who want to hunt Bigfoot will just draw more people to our already beautiful part of the state. It will be a great way for people to enjoy our area and to have some fun."

As a fellow Bigfoot (Bigfeet?) myself -- some would say the OG -- I have to just say: bring it. Not only will they fail to catch even a glimpse of my species, I'm willing to bet they don't even know where to look.

I mean look at me. I'm all the way out in the Pacific Northwest, writing this in my mother's basement. Err, I mean, what?

Anyway, the bill seems to be introduced in good fun, with the overall goal being to "get people to our area to enjoy the natural beauty and to have a great time, and if they find Bigfoot while they’re at it, well hey, that’s just an even bigger prize," Humphrey says.

The best part? They don't actually intend to harm a Bigfoot, if caught. Instead, they hope to secure at least $25,000 as a bounty.

If anyone wants to fake my own capture and split the cash, let me know.
