Spokane Men’s Basketball Wins the Red Devil Classic

 

Spokane Men won the Red Devil Classic this past weekendSpokane Men won the Red Devil Classic this past weekend at Lower Columbia College. This was the third year in a row and fourth out of last five for them to claim the title.

Spokane started off the weekend beating Southwest Oregon 89-72. Spokane was led by Garrett White with 25 points and 9 rebounds and Tanner McCliment-Call with 18 points. In the second round Spokane beat Everett Community College 94-84 again led by Garrett White who tallied 38 points and 11 rebounds including 3-3 from three-point land. In the championship of the tournament Spokane defeated host school Lower Columbia 67-62 in a hard-fought battle and were again led in scoring by Garrett White with 16 points.

Three Sasquatch garnered honors from the weekend tournament. Garrett White was named tournament MVP and Austin White and Kaeleb Johnson were named to the all-tournament team.
