Fried Chicken with a Southern Touch!

Our Chef requested this class: "Let's make some great Fried Chicken!" No doubt he knows all the secrets and will toss in some great side dishes to complement the evening's entree. Grab a friend and learn from one of the region's best chefs.

Gourmet Grilling – Steak and Veggies

Enjoy the warmer weather and move that kitchen heat outdoors. Students will learn fine art of roasting garden veggies, plus dry rubs and marinades for chicken and beef. All of this delicious grilled food will be enjoyed at the end of class paired with an ice-cold beer or glass of wine and a grilled surprise dessert!

Healthy Dinner in 30 Minutes

Need dinner in a hurry? Have our chef teach you the basics of preparing a healthy and balanced meal for 4 in 30 minutes of less. The class includes three different entrees, starch side dishes, as well as vegetables. Two salad recipes with also be included. Take the stress out of busy weeknights with this course!

Just Desserts! Wine Infused Baking

Introduce yourself to the concept of wine infused desserts. Student will create cabernet cream cheese brownies, wine biscotti, and a sweet wine glaze. Desserts will be paired with the appropriate wine pairings, such as ice wine.

Olé! Mexican Authentic Cooking

Enjoy a margarita while you learn from Davenport Chef Eric Nelson on how to make authentic tortillas, enchiladas, and tamales! Olé!

Thai-One-On

This is a total Thai immersion class. Join our Chef and learn the secrets to making authentic red and green curry pastes. Then use these pastes in creating two classic mouthwatering dishes Thai red curry with shrimp, pineapple and snow peas and Thai green curry with chicken, broccoli and red pepper. Master the art of making spring rolls while sipping on an ice-cold Singha!

Come learn with Davenport Chef Eric Nelson in this tasteful course that covers a variety of cheese styles, soft, hard, aged, and blue cheeses. Discover how to integrate these cheeses in deserts, entrees, and wine pairing.
