Comfort Stews and Braising – New!

Chefs will never tell you that braising is the primary cooking principle. Learn the secrets of beginning with a good stock or broth. We will make Irish Stew (St. Patrick’s Day is around the corner), Chicken Fricassee with a modern twist (lower fat), as well as oven-braised Barbeque pork shoulder.

Gluten Free Baking – New!

Baking without gluten is possible! Join us to learn the basics of gluten-free baking, using a variety of gluten-free flours like rice flour, garbanzo bean flour, and oat flour. Learn how to use ingredients like xanthan gum and explore unique egg substitutes for vegan baking!
