Where is the teaching kitchen located and where should I park?

Our teaching kitchen is located on the first floor of Spokane Community College's Main Building 1, 1810 N. Greene St. Park on the southwest or south side of the building and enter through the southwest doors or main doors that face directly south. A welcome sign will have directions to the classroom.
Parking is free after 5 p.m.

Can I suggest a class I want to take at INCA After Dark?

How should I dress for a class?

Casual dress is fine. Closed-toe shoes are a requirement, and we provide aprons.

Can children attend classes?

Yes, children 12 and older may attend. Registration is required for both the child and adult or guardian, plus a release of liability/assumption will need to be completed.

Do I need prior cooking experience to attend INCA After Dark?

No previous experience is required. Classes are interactive and hands-on. If you would rather watch at first, just say so. We are glad you are attending to learn. 

Are all supplies provided for the classes?

Yes, all food supplies and equipment are provided.

Will I get to take home the recipes that we create in class?

Yes, INCA After Dark students are given created recipes to take home.

Can I register several people at one time for the same class?

Yes, by registering online or calling Corporate & Continuing Education at 509-279-6144.

What is your cancellation policy?

Students are responsible for initiating the request for a withdrawal/ refund. Please contact noncredit registration at 509-279-6030 to withdrawal from a class. A $7 processing fee is deducted from the refund amount. All refunds require at least two weeks for processing.

Full refund (minus $7 processing fee) for withdrawals three (3) business days prior to the class day. No refund is  granted two or less business days prior to the start of a class.
