Health and Wellness

Everyone gets sick at some point.  So if you do, we want to make sure you have access to the best facilities available.  The CCS Student Health Center is open to all currently enrolled SCC and SFCC students.  This walk-in clinic provides limited health care services by Washington State licensed nurse practitioners (ARNPs).

For more extensive health care services, there are top-quality hospitals and clinics located throughout the Spokane area.

Keep in mind that medical costs in the United States can be extremely expensive.  Every student who attends Community Colleges of Spokane must have medical insurance.  In the United States, people go to doctor's offices or clinics for common non-emergency health care.  For emergencies, such as a heart attack or a serious injury, people will often go the hospital.  In case of an emergency where it's a matter of life or death, call 911 on your phone and describe the emergency.

Student Health Center

The Student Health Center is located on the SCC campus and is available for both SFCC and SCC students.  On the SCC campus, the health clinic is located in Building 7, Room 118
