Who to See When You Need Help

Global Education Office Front Desk

Students can get immediate help from the Global Education Office front desk, without meeting an advisor.  Students need to remember to bring their picture ID with them when visiting the Global Education Office.  Assistance at the front desk includes:
  • Obtain and submit forms, including immigration requests, registration forms, application forms, and status verification forms
  • Make document requests
  • Submit an I-20 form for a travel signature
  • Pick up an I-20 form
  • Assistance with a hold on a student account
  • Assistance with homestay questions
  • Questions about medical insurance
  • Making appointments with advisors
Walk-in Hours

Students who have quick questions can meet with an advisor during walk-in hours. Please visit the front desk at the Global Education Office for current walk-in schedules.
